6 ripe bananas
1 box vanilla waffers
6 eggs separated 4 cups milk
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp self-rising flour
*additional 1/3 cup sugar

Directions:
layer sliced bananas and wafers in 9x13 glass pyrex dish. mix together 1 cup sugar and 4 tbsp flour add milk and egg yolks, stir with whisk over med-high heat until thick like gravy pour over bananas and wafers. beat egg whites until stiff add 1/3 cup sugar beat on low speed until blended spoon over pudding place in oven under broiler until light brown . be careful not to burn.
