1/4 c. Unsalted butter
1/4 c. Olive oil
1/2 c. Minced garlic
1/2 c. Minced Italian parsley
1/2 c. Grated Locatelli Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter and olive oil to saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until butter is melted.
Add garlic and cook slowly until soft but not browned.
Stir in parsley and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly until parsley is limp but still green.
Serve over hot pasta and top with additional grated cheese.

Makes enough to serve 4.
