6 c. (16 oz.) cut ziti, uncooked
2 c. (16 oz.) ricotta cheese
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
4-5 c. spaghetti sauce
2 c. shredded mozarella cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ziti according to package directions for 10 minutes; drain. In large bowl, combine ziti, 2 c. spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese, mozarella cheese, parsley, egg, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. In a 3 qt. casserole, pour 1/2 to 1 cup spaghetti sauce and spread ziti mixture evenly over sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake, covered at 375º F. for 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Makes 8 servings.
