1 cup of sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter milk
3/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 level teaspoon salt
enough flour to roll




Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in order given. Put on floured board and roll about 1/4 inch thin. Cut in strips 1x3 inches, using a Kleinur cutter or pizza cutter and ruler. Slit length wise in center about an inch and twist through hole. Fry like doughnuts. Good to cool dough.
