1 lb Ground Chuck
1 8-oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 lg. eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 T. Worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. ketchup
2 T. mustard
1 3oz. can French fried onions

Preheat oven 350.In small bowl, mix ketchup and mustard, set aside.In large bowl mix ground chuck and remaining ingredients and 1/4 c. ketchup mixture except for the french fried onions.Press meat mixture in 9x5x3" loaf pan or shape into a loaf. (may place two slices of bread under loaf to absorb any extra grease) Bake 40 minutes then top with french fried oniions and bake 10-15 additional minutes or until meat is done. *You can add cooked bacon pieces for extra flavor!
