1 sweet onion
1 head cabbage
1 c.oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c.apple cider vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
2-3 packages Ramen noodles
6 oz. slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce in bowl with wisk. Let set over night, wisking occasionally if possible. Cut up/shred cabbage and onion. Toast raw noodles and almonds at 350 until lightly browned. (discard Ramen noodle seasoning) Wisk dressing one more time and pour over cabbage mixture. Let set 30 min. Add toasted topping. Stir well and serve.
