Ingredients:  
1 lb French bread cut into 1 1/2 inch slices
4 eggs
2 C milk
1 t cinnamon
4 T vanilla
3 T sugar
4 T butter

Crumb topping:
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c soft butter
1/4 c oatmeal
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 c pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Pam large baking dish. Place slices of bread in pan. Combine everything else. Pour over bread. Flip and then top with butter. Wrap and freeze.
To bake: oven at 500º Bake for 15 minutes, turn over and then add topping. Bake additional 10 minutes and serve.
