3 c Milk
6 well beaten eggs
1/2 t wet mustard
1/2 t salt
16 slices of bread with crusts removed
8 - 10 slices of American cheese or Old English
8 - 10 slices of ham
1/2 c butter
1 c crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 13 x 9 pan and place 8 slices of bread on bottom. Lay a slice of ham and cheese on each piece of bread. Top with other slices of bread. Mix the milk, eggs, mustard and salt. Pour over bread and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, melt butter and mix with cornflakes. Sprinkle over top. Bake 1 hour.
