1 large can sour kraut
1 tart apple
1 small onion
1/2 c sugar
2 T oil
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
salt & pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Pan sear pork chops (or grilled). Put all other ingredients in a sauce pan and heat through then add pork chops which have been cooked. Heat together, but do not overcook pork.
