1/4 c chopped green onion
1 c Mexicorn
2 c sharp cheddar cheese grated
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
dash cilantro (optional)

Mix all ingrediients. Chill & serve with Frito's Scoops or crackers etc.
