10 potatoes, peeled, chopped
6 cloves garlic, coarsley chopped
8 ounces cream chess, softened
1 cup butter
1.25 cups sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 2 to 3 inches of water into a large saucepan, and bring to a boil. Add the potatoes and garlic. Cook, covered, until tender; drain. Mash until smooth and creamy. Add the cream cheese, butter, sour cream, salt and pepper, and mix well. Spoon into a 3 or 4 quart baking dish. Preheat the oven to 350 and bake for 30 minutes.
