2 lb. frozen haddock fillets, slightly thawed
1 (101/2) ounce can condensed cream of potato soup
3/4 cup milk
1 cup frozen, cook shrimp
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
11/4 cups rich round cracker crumbs.

Place fish in greased 13X9X2 baking dish. Heat soup and milk. Stir in shrimp. Spread over fish. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients except crumbs. Mix in crumbs, Sprinkler over fish. Bake for 10 minutes.
