2 cups white sugar
1 cup butter
4 whole eggs
6 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons soda
2 cups blackberry jam
2 large bananas
3/4 cup strawberry preserves
1/2 box raisins
1/2 cup figs
2 1/2 tsp. all spice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
3 cups flour
1 cup nuts (or more)
1 small jar cherries
1 small jar pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Flour nuts before mixing. It keeps them from going to the bottom of the pan. Cream butter and sugar. Mix all of the dry ingredients - then mix all well. Add nuts. Bake at 275º for 4 hours. Use seedless jam.

Frosting: Melt one stick of butter with 8 ounces of cream cheese. Stir in one box of confectioner's sugar. Add 1/2 tsp. vanilla and one cup of chopped pecans.
