4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
Garlic
2 c milk
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 c wine

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and stir in flour and garlic cook for a minute. Slowly add milk and seasonings good until thick. Stir in wine, shrimp and parmesan cheese. Cook until shrimp is hot.
