SHEET CAKE AND ICING
Large bowl: 2 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
Boil in Saucepan:
1 stick of margarine
1/2 cup Crisco
4 tablespoons Cocoa
1 cup of water
Pour into above mixture and add;
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Bake at 350 degrees. Large loaf pan greased and floured. 40 to 45 minutes

ICING FOR SHEET CAKE
Five minutes before cake is done, mix in saucepan:
1 stick margaine
4 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons milk
Heat until margarine is melted and stir until smooth, pour over following mix:
1 box sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pecan pieces
Mix ingredients in saucepan with mixture in bowl, pour over cake as it comes from oven. ENJOY!
