12 oz Garden Spirals
1 1/2 c Cooked Skinless Chicken Breast, cubed
1 c Broccoli, small flowerets
1/2 c Red Bell Pepper, diced small
1 c Italian Zucchini, q'rtered & sliced
1/2 c Yellow Zucchini, q'rtered & sliced
1 t Dill Weed
1/2 t Oregano
1/4 t Sweet Basil
1/4 t Tarragon
1 sm Tomato, diced
1 c Green Onion, chopped
1/2 c Parmesan Cheese

Dressing:
2 t Salt
1 t Black Pepper
3/4 c Olive Oil
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/3 c Red Wine Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta as directed on the package. Drain well. Blanch broccoli, red
bell pepper, and zucchini three minutes. Chill. Add spices to pasta and
toss well. Combine all dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl and hand
whip until smooth. Add the dressing to the pasta, mixing thoroughly.
Add blanched vegetables, tomato, onion, and chicken. Sprinkle with
Parmesan Cheese.
