1 cup chopped nuts
4 cups chopped apples
1 1/4 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine nuts, apple, oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in large bowl.
Sift together flour, soda, and salt. Add this to apple mixture and stir well.
Pour batter into greased tube pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
