8 oz thin spaghetti
1 Tbsp salt
3 qt boiling water
1/4 c butter
1/2 c diced onion
1/4 c flour
1 1/2 c milk
1 c water
2 chicken boullion cubes or canned chicken broth to equal 8 oz
1/2 c plain yogurt
1 4 oz can mushrooms
4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 c diced, cooked turkey
dash of pepper
dash of cayenne

Cook spaghetti in salt and water according to package. Drain and set aside.

In medium sauce pan melt butter and lightly saute onions. Blend in flour. Stir in milk, water and buoullion, pepper and cayenne. Cook until thickened and boiling. Stir a little sauce into yogurt and return to pan. Add msuhrooms and 1/2 the cheese.

Combine sauce with spaghetti and turkey. Put in a greased 9 X 13 dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes.
