4 Tbsp chopped onion
1 c tomato sauce
3/4 c water
3 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ground cloves
2-3 lb lean beef, cubed
1 small bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the sauce ingredients in a large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Add meat, cover and place in a 350º oven for 2 hours. Add the BBQ sauce and continue to bake another hour or until the meat breaks apart with a fork. Uncover and cook, stirring often, until most of the liquid has cooked off. Meat should be moist but not soupy.

Serve on hamburger buns.

This recipe has sort of evolved. It started out as Grandpa B's BBQ sauce for chicken I think. I sort of messed with it and this was the finished product.
