1 12 oz bag of fresh cranberries
1 1/2 c water
1 1/2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cranberries in water until the pop. Run them through a food mill, blender, sieve, whatever you have. with the liquid. Return them to the pan and add the sugar.

Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Skim the foam. Pour into a mold.

Turn out at serving time.

Another of the traditional Thanksgiving dishes from my childhood which I simple adorn and the kids hate. Someday perhaps they will find out how good it is.
