1 lage pkg sugar-free lime Jello
2 c boiling water
1 8 oz pkg low-fat cream cheese
1/2 c mayonaise
1 c crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c chopped nuts
1 12oz carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in water and cool until syrupy.

Cream mayonaise and cream cheese together with mixer until smooth. Slowly add Jello and mix until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Add pineapple and nuts.

Turn into bowl or mold and refrigerate until set. Turn out on plate and garnish with shaved chocolate.

I know all the bad jokes about Lutherans and their green Jello but this is really a good potluck dish that makes the green Jello tolerable.
