4 to 5 large Vidalia onions, thin sliced
50 round butter crackers
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup margarine, melted



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Place 1/2 of sliced onion in a 13X9 baking dish. Top with half the crackers and 1/2 the parmesan cheese. Repeat. Pour melted margarine over casserole. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.

Note: The recipe does not say crush the crackers, but I like it better that way. Your choice.
