1/2 c Granulated Sugar
1/2 c Brown Sugar, Packed
1/2 c Shortening
1/2 c Peanut Butter
1 Egg
1 1/4 c Flour
3/4 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Baking Powder
1/4 t Salt
Granulated Sugar

Mix sugars, shortening, peanut butter and egg. Stir in flour, baking
soda, baking powder and salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.

Heat oven to 375. Shape dough into inch balls, roll in granulated
sugar, flatten with fork dipped in sugar to form a crisscross pattern.
Bake 10-12 minutes.
