2 or 3 c. fruit (peaches, berries, etc.)
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T. butter
(If you don't use self-rising flour, add 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. baking powder.)

Directions:

Melt butter in a 9 x 9 inch pan. Mix flour, sugar, milk and vanilla together and pour into pan. Put fruit on top of the first mixture. Do not stir. Bake at 350º for 45 to 50 minutes.
