1 c. butter or margarine, softened
9 T. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and 9 T. powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in vanilla. Add flour and nutmeg, mixing until well blended. Stir in pecans. Shape dough into finger shape about 2 inches long. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.Bake at 300º for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool and roll each finger in powdered sugar. Yield: About 4 dozen.
