1 lb. pork sausage
6 slices of bread
butter
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. Milnot (or evaporated milk)
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
dash Tabasco sauce
3 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crust from bread, spread bread with butter, place in a greased 13x9x2 Pyrex baking dish and set aside.

Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble, drain well. Sprinkle cheese over bread. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Mix well and pour over cheese. Cover casserole and chill overnight.

Remove from refrigerator, sprinkle on cooked crumbled sausage. Let sit for 15 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350º.
