Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c. flour
3/4 stick margarine (melted)
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1 c. 10x confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 small pkg. lemon pudding (instant)
3 c. milk
1 container cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Mix together flour, margarine and pecans and press into an 11x7 baking dish. Bake for 10-15 minutes until slightly browned. Let cool. In separate bowl, mix sugar and cream cheese. Spread over pecan crust. Put in refrigerator and let cool about 30 minutes. Next, mix pudding and milk until well blended. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Refrigerate another 30 minutes. Finally, gently spread thawed cool whip on top of pudding. Keep refrigerated after making. ( You can use any kind of pudding and can even use thick pie filling for this layer if you want). To double the recipe, use a larger dish and double the amount of confectioners sugar and cream cheese. It goes further at a larger gathering.
