1 (16oz) pkg Ziti
2 (10oz) containers alfredo sauce
1 (8oz) container sour cream
1 (15oz) container ricotta cheese
2 lgr eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare ziti according to pkg directions, drain.
Stir together alfredo sauce and sour cream; toss with ziti pasta and spoon half of mixture into greased 13 x 9 baking dish
Stir together ricotta cheese and next 3 ingredients, spread over pasta mixture and sppon remainig pasta mixture on top.
Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese.
bake at 350º for 30 min or until bubbly.
