4 1/2 oz canning salt
2 1/4 oz brown sugar
1/4 oz Tender Quick
1 1/4 oz pepper
3 tbsp Liquid Smoke

Mix all ingredients together. Can use a sausage stuffer to put into casings or make into patties.
