1/4 lb. butter
1/4 lb. oleo
2 c. flour (unsifted)
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, oleo, four, salt and powdered sugar. Pat in a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes or until light brown. Mix eggs, sugar, four, lemon juice and rind. Spread on top of first mixture (hot) and bake an additional 20 - 25 min. When cool, cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
