2 pkg. frozen spinach
4 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
1 jar (8 oz.) Cheeze Whiz
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. celery flakes, black pepper and cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs (optional)

Microwave frozen spinach on high for 12 minutes - drain.
In 3 quart dish, put butter and onion; microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir in flour, add milk and water slowly, microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add cheese and microwave on high about 1 minute or until cheese melts. Add garlic powder, celery flakes, peppers, Worcestershire, and spinach, stir. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
