1 Bone-in Ham
6 cups apple cider

For Sauce:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Boiled Cider
1/2 cup boiling water
1/3 cup butter
2 tablespoons corn starch.

Directions:
Directions:
Submerge ham in water with 1/2 cup of sugar and change the water every 12 hours starting 2 days before baking the ham.

Line the roasting dish with 2 strips of foil cross-wise, then line with 2 sheets of parchment, cross-wise also. Set meat rack in the bottom of the roaster, pour 6 cups of apple cider in the bottom then fold the parchment sealing the ham, then follow with the foil, sealing all seams.

Bake ham at 325º about 20-30 minutes per pound. For sauce, combine all ingredients and heat to boiling until sauce thickens. Brush onto the ham and continue baking for 15 minutes.
