1 cup Pet evaporated milk
6 oz (1 cup) semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/4 tsp salt

Part 2
Vanilla wafers
1 qt vanilla ice cream
Pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix part 1 in a heavy 1 qt saucepan. Stir over low
heat until chocolate and marshmallows melt completely
and mixture thickens. Take off heat, cool to room
temp.

Line bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan with saran
wrap then with Vanilla wafers. Spoon 1/2 quart of
Vanilla Ice Cream over wafers. Cover with half of
chocolate mixture. Repeat with the rest of the rest
of ice cream and chocolate mixture. Freeze until firm
(3-5 hours). Top (before freezing) with pecans if
desired.
