15 to 20 jalapeno, cut in half lengthwise, remove all seeds and scrape out all the white parts so they are not hot( be sure to wear protection on hands)
1 roll of Bob Evans Hot and Spicy Sausage(or whatever kind you like
1 small package softened cream cheese
1/2 cup of shredded (not grated)parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
dash of salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste

Fry up sausage, drain. Mix in all other ingredients. Stuff each pepper and lay in a 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes, then put under broiler until they are brown on top.
