2 cups uncooked instant white rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soups together and stir until blended. Add uncooked rice and stir. Pour rice mixture into the bottom of a greased (sprayed) 13x9 inch casserole dish. Top rice mixture with chicken pieces. Salt and pepper and cover with foil. Bake in oven 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Remove foil and continue to cook until the moisture has been absorbed and the rice is tender.

I normally bake this in a 13 x 9 inch pan. In regards to chicken pieces. That is just your preference. You can place chicken breast, thighs or whichever you prefer. I have made this many times just using uncooked chicken tenders.

Personal Notes:
This recipe can be changed in many different ways. I sometimes add a can of mushrooms to the rice mixture. The rice is the best part. It is so yummy. Great dish to serve when you have company because it goes a long way. I like to cook this in the disposable aluminum pans for easy clean up. In regards to chicken pieces. That is just your preference. You can place chicken breast, thighs or whichever you prefer. I have made this many times just using uncooked chicken tenders.
