2 tbsp. corn meal
1 tbsp. chili powder
3 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 lg. eggs
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
2 cans diced green chilies
1 c. sliced green onions
16 oz. salsa
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Combine corn meal & chili powder. Sprinkle on a 9" springform pan (heavily greased) until sides and bottom are covered. Beat cream cheese, eggs, garlic & cumin in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in chilies and 1/2 cup onion. Pour half of the batter into pan; spoon 1 cup salsa and 1/2 cup cheese on top of batter. Spread remaining batter on top of cheese. Bake 60 minutes at 325º or till edges are set, but move slightly. Cool completely in pan. Remove sides of pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese, salsa, and onions. Serve with tortilla chips.
