Mixed salad greens
1/2 c. walnut pieces, toasted
2 cans small whole beats, drained well, cut in half
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled


Dressing:
1/3 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard, preferable country
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Shake dressing in a covered jar until blended. Toss dressing with salad items in a large serving bowl and serve.
