1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
1 can (2 1/4 oz.) sliced black olives
2 teaspoons oregano
1 lb. browned ground beef
1 12 oz. box spaghetti noodles, cooked and drained
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

In large skillet saute' onion and pepper in butter. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, oregano and cooked beef. Simmer 10 minutes. Place half of cooked spaghetti in a greased 13x9 inch pan. Top with half of cooked mixture. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheddar.
Repeat layers. Mix the soup and water until smooth. Pour over casserole. Top with cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
