1 stick butter
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 pound shrimp or scallops
1 cup Half and Half cream
1 - 2 tablespoons Joe's Stuff Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in skillet and add garlic. Add chopped onions and saute until tender. Add shrimp and cook about 3 minutes until shrimp are almost done. Add 1-2 Tablespoons "Joe's Stuff" seasoning depending on your preference. . Add half and half cream and continue to cook for 3 or 4 minutes over low heat. Pour over cooked penne pasta. Toss and serve.
