2 cans cream of celery soup
1 large onion - chopped
1/2 bell pepper - chopped
1/2 stick butter
1/4 small can tomato paste
1 pound crawfish tails

Saute vegetables in butter. Add crawfish and soup and simmer. Serve over rice.

I got this recipe from a friend in Baton Rouge. Her husband was a chef and he used this recipe often. It is great. You can substitute the crawfish for shrimp and it is just as good.
