2 tbsp. oil
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1/2 c. red onion
2-1/2 lb. ground chuck
4 tbsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. cumin
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 Roma tomatoes
15 oz. can black beans (regular or soy)
2 tbsp. cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet, add peppers and onions and cook till tender. Add beef and spices and cook till beef is no longer pink. Drain grease and add tomatoes and black beans, heat through. To serve top with sour cream and green onions.
