1 package sliced almonds
1 pound bacon, fried, drained,
2 tablespoons sugar
cooled and broken
1 head green lettuce
Dressing:
1 head Romaine lettuce
2 teaspoons salt
1 head red leaf lettuce
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup rice vinegar
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cup craisins
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 package sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
2 small apples, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Place almonds in frying pan with 2 tablespoons sugar and stir until golden brown. Place on wax paper and cool.

Mix lettuces, cheeses, craisins, mushrooms, apples and bacon together.

Blend the first 4 dressing ingredients together. When well blended slowly add the sugar and then the poppy seeds. Blend again and let sit awhile. Blend before serving.

Toss salad with dressing right before serving.
