6 cups hot water
2/3 cup oil
2/3 cup honey
3 T. salt
2 eggs
2/3 cups potatoe flakes
2/3 cup powdered milk
13 cups flour (8 wheat and 5 white)
3 T. yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in mixer water, oil, honey, salt, eggs, flakes, milk and wheat flour. Blend. Add dry yeast and blend. Add white flour. Knead on #2 for 10 minutes. Raise in bowl. Form into loaf. Raise. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes, then 325º
for 30 minutes.
