Crust:
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt


Topping:
2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
10 oz. whipped topping
1 c. powdered sugar
Assorted fruit
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, shortening and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Press dough into a pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned. For the topping, mix together cream cheese, whipped topping and sugar. Spread over cooled crust. Arrange well drained fruit on top as desired. In a sauce pan, combine pineapple juice, orange juice and corn starch. Cook over meduim heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Spoon over fruit while hot. Chill and serve.
