Cake: 2 c. Sugar
4 Eggs
1/3 c. Cocoa
3 tbsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter
1.5 c. plain flour
1/4 tbsp salt
1/2 of a 10 oz. package of mini marshmallows.
Frosting: 1 box 10X sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tbsp vanilla
1.5 sticks of melted butter
1/3 cup sweet milk
chopped nuts

Cake: Cream sugar and butter, add eggs. Sift flour, cocoa and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased 13 X 9 in. pan. Bake 35 minutes at 300ºF. Remove from oven. Pour marshmallows over top. Return to oven for 10 min. Cool before frosting.

Frosting:
Mix sugar and cocoa. Add melted butter, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth in mixer. Add nuts and spread over cooled cake.
