1 lb of broccoli florets (frozen or fresh)
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 cup of olive oil or vegetable oil
Vinegar to taste
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
If frozen broccoli is used, thaw and drain. If fresh broccoli is used, you have to steam the broccoli until tender then drain. In skillet, add oil and then heat on medium. Add onion and garlic. Saute for a few minutes. Add broccoli. Cook until smothered. Add vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

I used to serve this mainly in the winter. All the boys loved this recipe. It's a good one for Thanksgiving.
