2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen corn (if frozen, cook & cool)
1 large tomato chopped
1/2 red onion chopped
1-2 jalapenos seeded, finely chopped
2 small avocado chopped
2-3 limes or lemon your preference
olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first six ingredients together. Drizzle with olive oil (start with 1/4 c.) and fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice. You may not need to use all of the lemons or limes. Mix together according to your taste. Season with salt and pepper.
