1 lb. ground turkey
2 c. Pace Picante Sauce
1- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. cumin
1- 8 oz. pkg cream cheese cubed
12- 7oz. flour tortillas
1- 14½ oz. can diced tomatoes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook turkey until it loses its pink color, breaking into small pieces. Add 1 c. picante sauce, spinach (thawed and drained), 1 ½ tsp. cumin and salt. Cook 5 min, add cream cheese, stirring until melted, remove from heat. Spoon 1/3 c. of filling down center of tortillas, roll up and place seam down in greased 9x13” pan. Combine tomatoes, picante, 1 tsp. cumin, and pour over tortillas. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top, melt.
