1 lb. ground pork Sausage
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded, Swiss cheese
1 lb. large fresh jalapeno peppers, halved
lengthwise and seeded
Ranch dressing for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Cook sausage over medium heat until brown. Drain grease. Mix together sausage, cream cheese and Swiss cheese. Spoon about 1 tbsp. of the mixture into each jalapeno half. Arrange jalapenos in a baking dish. Bake 20 minutes until bubbly and lightly brown. Serve with Ranch dressing.


* Try rinsing out each jalapeno half to cut the spiciness.

* Make sure to wear gloves!!
