1/2 c. butter or oleo, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. baking cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white vanilla chips
1 c. - 6 oz. pkg. semisweet choc. chips

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Beat in egg, sour cream, and vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients and gradually add to creamed minture. Stir in chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart on greased cooky sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. Do not overbake. Let sit for 2 minutes before removing from pan.
